Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct is a framework that shapes and underpins Reach culture and provides guidelines on the behaviours expected of everyone connected to Reach either as an employee or volunteer.


Whistleblower Policy

The aim of this Policy is to ensure that Reach People:

  • feel confident that they can raise any matter that concerns them; 
  • know that if they do, it will be taken seriously and treated as confidential; and
  • know that no action will be taken against them as a result. 


Issues and Grievance Policy

This policy lays out the principles that guide Reach’s handling of issues and grievances, and the process that an external party should follow so that the matter can be dealt with appropriately by Reach.
